Ringing Choirs

MELODY BELLS
Melody Bells is a training bell choir for children in grades 4 and 5 who are also members of the Wesley Singers. The rudiments of bell ringing and note reading are taught. Participation in worship begins as soon as the ringers are prepared. Please note: Ringers must be active members of the Wesley Singers.

JUBILEE RINGERS
The Jubilee Ringers are youth in grades 6, 7, and 8. This is the entry level bell group for youth ringers. No previous bell-ringing experience is necessary although progression from Melody Bells is preferred. This group will ring as they are ready. All ringers must be active members of the Jubilee Singers.

Time: Sundays, 4:00-5:00 p.m. (Sanctuary)
CHAPEL BELLS
Chapel Bells is for youth in grades 9-12. Some music reading and/or bell ringing experience is expected. Ringers do not have to be active members of the Celebration Singers to participate in Chapel Bells, although it is encouraged. This group participates regularly in worship, and on choir tour. All Chapel Bell ringers going on choir tour must also participate with the Celebration Singers.

GENESIS RINGERS
This choir is for beginning adults ringers. There is no experience necessary. Bell ringing and music reading skills are taught. Childcare is provided, as needed. This group participates regularly in worship.

WESLEYAN RINGERS
Wesleyan Ringers are adults who have some music reading skills. Ringing skills are not a prerequisite. Childcare is available as needed. This choir rings for worship about once a month.

SANCTUARY BELLS
Sanctuary Bell ringers are adults who have advanced music reading and/or bell ringing experience. Childcare is available as needed. This group participates regularly in worship.
